    Your First 90 Days in U-Economy - Step 1

SET GOALS: Your first step before you set out to do anything should be to set goals. If you want to make a certain dollar amount in your first 90 days write it down. Now let's talk about how to commit to those goals...

U-Economy Review – The Importance of Goal Setting

If you fail to plan, then you are planning to fail…

Too many people these days get involved in home based business without an action plan.

Also, too many people set result based goals with no activity goals.

I can tell you this from 100% experience. A lot of the things that I write in my blog posts are “notes to self” just as much as they’re meant to be education for you all.

Admittedly, I was never much of a goal setter until I was in my twenties. Unfortunately, the power of goal setting is something that was just never talked much about in our household as a child.

I think my folks were just too busy trying to get by.

Set a Deadline

  • Thursday, 1st August
  • 3:00 PM EST
  • 2:00 PM CST
  • 12:00 PM PST

I was taught that a goal without a deadline is just a wish.

So let's fix that for you...

The U-Economy Founders Launch was on May 3rd, 2017. So an example of a good 90 day blitz would be setting the expiration date for your goals on August 1st, 2017.

Obviously a lot of you reading this are going to be here after August 1st, so just adjust the days accordingly - but WRITE IT DOWN!

Now we're getting somewhere because this will help create a sense of urgency.

So what's next?

Activity Goals

So in the previous step you should have already identified your result based goals. X amount of dollars, a new BMW X5, and new home, or maybe X number of people on your U-Economy team.

Your activity goals for your business will be more complex than your material goals because now you have to determine what your daily plan of action will be.

Here's a list of things that you could consider doing on a daily basis:

  • Spark 20 Conversations Per Day On Social Media
  • Place 10 Classified Ads Per Day
  • Post In 100 Facebook Groups Per Day
  • Pass Out 200 Flyers/Door Hangers Per Day
  • Pass Out 20 Business Cards Per Day
  • e-Mail Your List Twice Per Day
  • Make 5 YouTube Videos Per Day
  • Write 1 Blog Post Per Day

Now that would be a pretty solid game plan for anyone to get results from, and virtually all of those activities are free. Minus any printing costs for flyers, business cards, and door hangers.

But that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Because the true go-getters and the guru marketers are going to be spending a lot of money on advertising. Now doing paid ads everyday is mainly reserved for the pros, but if you're dedicated to your own success you could come up with a weekly marketing budget.

Here's a list of things you could consider doing on a weekly basis:

  • Purchase A Solo Ad Weekly (100 clicks minimum)
  • Purchase Real Time or Interviewed Leads Weekly (100 leads minimum)
  • Run Paid Ads on Facebook (monitor daily ad spend)
  • Run A Ringless Voicemail Campaign Weekly (1000 leads minimum)
  • Run A Text Marketing Blast (1000 leads minimum)
  • Run A Phone Broadcast Weekly (risk takers only!)

TAKE MASSIVE ACTION: Now that you have your plan mapped out, it's time to put your plan in action! This is where most people fail not only in business, but in life. Most people have a problem remaining consistent, even when they know what to do...

U-Economy Training - Taking Massive Action

Unlike those who like to blame their lack of success on others, you can no longer say "you don't know" what to do to build your U-Economy business. It's now just a matter of getting busy.

But what do I mean by massive action?

Well for starters, let's think about a body builder.

All of the best body builders have always held one common theme - the take massive action!

They always want to hit at least "1 more rep."

True body builders don't focus on a specific number of reps, they focus on burning out. In other words, they focus on pushing until it's physically impossible for them to push any longer.

Now go back and look at the bullet lists you read earlier with the free and paid activity goals - AND DOUBLE IT.

The Best Thing About Goals & Consistency

The coolest thing that will happen to you after setting your goals and committing for 90 days straight will be your results.

Hopefully you will have crushed your original goals on your first run. But even if you don't, you will have gathered valuable data that can be applied to your next 90 day run in your U-Economy business.

U-Economy is no different than any other business. If you show the plan, they will join. 😀

Now you'll also get to identify which of your activity goals were effective and which ones were not.

From this point all you need is to do more of what's working - and less of what's not.

Now does that mean you should completely eliminate whatever was not working well?
Absolutely not!

All you may need is a small tweak to the activities that brought you fewer results and they could very well blow up for you in the following 90 days.

See, aren't you glad you decided to read this U-Economy training?

    Your First 90 Days in U-Economy - Step 3

JOIN THE RIGHT TEAM: If you're a stone cold go-getter then this may not mean as much to you. But for newbies and intermediates this is crucial. Joining a good team of people sometimes is the difference between years of no success online and having your 1st breakthrough...

Joining The Right Team in U-Economy

Lots of people have results, but a lot fewer have heart.

Meaning, not everyone you talk to will have your best interest at heart. If you've been in a few high ticket programs you might know what I mean.

So here are a few questions for you to ask your potential sponsor in U-Economy (if you don't join with me 😉).

  • Do You Have Team Training Calls/Webinars?
  • Do You Have Opportunity Webinars/Conference Calls?
  • Do You Have A Team Training Site?
  • Can You Help Me Get Everything Set Up?
  • Do You Have Advertising Sources/Leads?

Now I'm not saying for you to become 100% reliant on your sponsor. Because we all have lives, there's obviously not enough time in the day to give anyone constant 1 on 1 attention.

However, there's a big difference between a recruiter and a sponsor.

Your main objective should be finding out if your team has resources that you can plug into.

Another thing that will get your U-Economy prospects to join you is social proof.

Some people are smart, they know you are making money but they want to know how your team is doing.

Having a solid team who does the things I listed above helps put new prospects at ease. It also provides social proof that yes, other people are also actively working and interested in the U-Economy business.

The Unstoppable Alliance is U-Economy's Best Team

Now obviously I'm a bit biased in saying so, because I am a member.

But I've been around for years and I've never seen a team with the same level of commitment to it's members as Unstoppable.

So this is your opportunity to partner with myself, as well as many other 6 and even 7 figure earners in the industry.

I've already given you everything you need in this article to succeed. Being on a solid team is going to be the icing on the cake!
